Production Requirements

• Provision of basic video format templates
• Detailed production guides will be provided after finalizing the test project.

• Production Method
  • Editing based on screen recordings provided by the speaker
  • Editing Items: Cut editing for redundancy and unnecessary content, blurring and masking of personal information, text insertion if necessary (no subtitles)
• Production Schedule: Commissioning one month prior to the start date
  • Final delivery 3-4 weeks after recording completion
  • Production companies need to proceed with final delivery after internal review and adjustments.
  • Coloso will conduct one random final review and provide feedback.

    • An additional 200,000 KRW per project regardless of session or duration.
  • Main Class Video Production Cost Estimation Method
    • Specifying a unit price based on a 30-minute standard rate (maximum 110,000KRW) and calculating the production cost based on this amount. It is calculated by dividing the total duration of the project by 30 minutes, then multiplying by a specific rate.
    • e.g )Total duration: 540 minutes -> 540/30 = 18 -> (30-minute standard rate) X 18 = Total production cost (No impact on sessions)

    • Lump sum payment at the end of each month after final delivery of content.

Roles and Responsibilities

This project focuses on both video quality and an efficient editing system. Coloso is responsible for planning, recruiting speakers, and structuring the curriculum. While essential scenes for the classes are predefined, we seek to enhance the quality of the lecture content based on the input of professional production companies. The client side hopes for a mutually beneficial long-term collaboration (annual MOU) with a compatible production company.
